    How long will shipping take

    Every Red Dead Redemption lamp is genuinely handmade, so your order goes through three stages:


    Order processing: 1-3 business days
    Handcrafting_your mug: 1-2 months, depending on current demand


    Shipping: 3-5 business days once it leaves the studio


    Total: roughly 5-10 weeks from order to delivery.


    Longer than Amazon - but that's the trade-off for owning something truly handmade. If it's a gift, please order ahead

    Unsatisfied with order

    If your order arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.


    Once reviewed and approved, we'll gladly send a replacement to make you happy.
